He helps individuals and leaders break free from fear-based patterns and rediscover their true identity so they can live and lead fearlessly in truth, confidence, and purpose. Through his work, Chris is committed to helping you forge transformation—personally, professionally, and relationally.
Christopher L. Wood, MHA, FACHE, is a seasoned executive and strategic consultant with more than 20 years of experience transforming organizations through exceptional leadership and operational excellence. As Principal of CLW Strategies and former CEO of MedTrak, LLC, he has guided startups, mid-sized, and complex enterprises in building high-performing teams and fostering collaborative environments that drive sustainable growth.
